WordBasic Err=582 'Unable to Load Specified Library'
Cause:
Many of the earlier Word features were dependent upon 16-bit DLLs. Word 7.0 runs on 32-bit. These two versions are thus incompatible.
Solution:
Use Word 2.0 and 6.0 or rewrite the macro in Word 7.0. Word 2.0 and 6.0 run under the Windows 95 format and will work with 16-bit DLLs.
